1. Custom Manufacturing and Shipping

All signage products are manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, including size, materials, design, lighting configuration, quantity, and installation requirements.

Shipping arrangements are normally confirmed after the production details are finalized. The estimated shipping method, delivery time, and shipping cost may vary depending on:

Transportation time may be affected by customs clearance, carrier schedules, weather, holidays, port conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. International Shipping and Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import regulations, duties, taxes, inspection requirements, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and customs information when required.

If the consignee refuses delivery without a valid reason, any applicable return freight, customs penalties, storage fees, or related charges shall be borne by the buyer.

7. Delivery Address

Customers should provide complete and accurate delivery information, including:

Other information required by the carrier

Delays or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information may be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Large and Customized Signage

Some signage projects involve large dimensions, heavy structures, or specially fabricated components.

For such projects, transportation and packaging may require additional planning. We may recommend suitable freight methods or packaging solutions based on the dimensions, weight, quantity, and destination of the shipment.

Where necessary, large signage may be shipped in sections or components to facilitate transportation, handling, and installation.

9. Shipment Tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer after shipment.

Tracking availability and tracking frequency depend on the transportation method and carrier.

International freight may have periods during which tracking information is not updated, particularly during customs clearance, port transfers, or international transportation.

10. Delays

We make reasonable efforts to coordinate production and shipment according to the agreed project schedule.

However, delivery dates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Port congestion
Severe weather
Public holidays
Transportation disruptions
Changes in import regulations
Other unforeseen circumstances

Such events may result in delivery delays and will not normally be considered a failure to fulfill the order when they are beyond our reasonable control.

11. Damage & Loss During Transportation

Customers should inspect the shipment and packaging condition upon delivery whenever reasonably possible.

If visible transportation damage is found, customers should document the condition of the package and products with photographs or other relevant evidence and notify us within 48 hours of receipt, where reasonably possible.

We will review the situation and coordinate with the relevant carrier or logistics provider when appropriate.

In the event of cargo being lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the relevant logistics carrier. Any compensation for lost-in-transit cargo will be handled in accordance with the carrier’s applicable claims process and official settlement terms.

We are not responsible for losses or delivery failures caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect recipient or delivery information provided by the buyer.

12. Customer Cooperation

To ensure smooth international delivery, customers are expected to:

Provide accurate delivery information
Confirm project and shipping details promptly
Cooperate with customs clearance when required
Provide necessary import information or documentation
Pay applicable destination-side charges when required
Arrange unloading or installation services when these are not included in the agreed project scope

13. Project-Specific Shipping Terms

Because every custom-made sign project is different, specific shipping arrangements may be agreed upon separately in the quotation, sales contract, purchase order, or other written commercial documentation.
