Materials and Construction
The sign panel is a 3–5 mm acrylic or aluminum composite panel, cut to your custom outline. LED neon flex is fixed along the panel edge or routed into recessed channels, producing a clean colored glow around the shape. The post is powder-coated steel tubing (grey, black or white), welded to a steel base plate with pre-drilled anchor holes. Inside, an IP-rated weather-sealed driver powers the neon flex; wiring runs up through the post and exits below the base. For coastal or high-wind sites, heavier post gauges and deeper foundations are recommended — confirm with your installer.
