2. Inquiry & Quotation

Customers may contact us through our website, email, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

To prepare an accurate quotation, please provide as much information as possible, including:

  • Artwork or logo files
  • Preferred finish

All quotations are provided free of charge.

Because customized products cannot normally be resold, orders generally cannot be cancelled after production has begun.

Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product has verified manufacturing defects or an error caused by Hongbo Sign.

5. Production Time

6. Payment Policy

8. Product Inspection

Every product undergoes quality inspection before shipment.

Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.

If products are damaged during transportation or if manufacturing defects are discovered, please notify us within 7 business days after delivery and provide photographs together with a detailed description of the issue.

We will evaluate each case and provide an appropriate solution.

9. Warranty

Hongbo Sign provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Incorrect electrical supply

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural wear and tear

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Hongbo Sign harmless from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property provided by the customer.

11. Changes to Orders

Any request to modify product specifications after order confirmation may result in additional charges, revised production schedules, or both.

All changes must be confirmed in writing before implementation.

12. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product images, project case studies, website content, graphics, logos, catalogs, and design materials published on our official website are the intellectual property of Guangzhou Hongbo Sign Co., Ltd.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hongbo Sign reserves the right to photograph completed custom signage projects and use those images for our website, portfolio, social media, exhibitions, and promotional materials.

13. Force Majeure

Hongbo Sign shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

14. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability relating to any specific order shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for that order.
