Hongbo Signage manufactures custom wayfinding signs in its Guangzhou factory, from metal structures and CNC-cut panels to illuminated graphics, LED systems, finishing, assembly, and final inspection.
The reference unit shown here was produced for a Wanda Plaza project: an irregular, arrow-shaped double-sided totem with glowing bilingual direction panels (Indoor Mall, Food Street, Underground Parking, Toilet, South Exit), white front-lit text and arrows, and a continuous red RGB neon-flex outline running along the folded edges of the silhouette.
What Is It?
An illuminated wayfinding sign is a freestanding or wall-mounted directory sign that uses integrated LED light to make directional information readable in both daytime and low-light conditions. In malls and large commercial buildings, it helps visitors locate food streets, parking, restrooms, exits, and tenant zones quickly and clearly. By combining glowing text, directional arrows, brand coloring and a branded footer, the sign performs both a navigational function and a brand identity function.

Materials & Construction

Typical construction includes a welded metal frame, exterior panel skin in the chosen finish (matte, brushed, powder-coated or wood-grain), CNC-routed acrylic faces for the illuminated graphics, and silicone-coated LED neon flex for the perimeter outline. Electrical components are selected to match the target voltage and certification requirements.
